Gold prices in Chennai witnessed a sharp increase in today’s morning trading session, reflecting renewed momentum in the bullion market. Jewellery buyers, traders and investors are closely tracking the latest gold and silver rate changes amid continuing global market fluctuations.
According to the latest market update, the price of 22-carat gold in Chennai increased by ₹230 per gram and is currently trading at ₹14,330 per gram.
Similarly, 18-carat gold prices also moved higher by ₹180 per gram, taking the current rate to ₹11,950 per gram.
