Fungal infections/ tinea versicolor:

Acne or bacne:

Body sprays, laundry detergents etc can cause allergic reactions or contact dermatitis in us. It would be better to switch to hypoallergenic products that are fragrance free. Using synthetic or wool must be avoided as they can be harsh on the skin
Poor hygiene or improper exfoliation:
Pores can get clogged due to the build up of sweat a and dead skin. This can occur especially on the back as cleansing is ignored by us. We can use a back scrubber to reach those areas that would be difficult to clean.
Underlying medical conditions etc:
Conditions like eczema or psoriasis can lead to itchy bumps on the back. We must visit a dermatologist without fail if the bump persists for more than 2 weeks or worse.
