Many of us consume diet soda. How many of us really know the fact that consuming diet soda excessively could result in serious health issues in us?
 
Instead of sugars, diet sodas would have artificial sweeteners like saccharin, aspartame, sucralose etc in them to provide sweetness for us. The bitter fact is that artificial sweeteners could disrupt our body`s natural ability to regulate calorie intake plus alter gut microbiota and impair insulin sensitivity etc.

These are the various ways by which excess intake of diet soda can harm us.
 
Risk of becoming obese:
We would have increased hunger and more cravings for sugar based foods as the body`s ability to regulate calorie intake would get disrupted in us. This would happen if we drink excess diet soda having artificial sweeteners. As a result of increased cravings for sugary foods we would put on weight in no time. It is good to drink herbal teas, water etc and limit the intake of diet sodas etc.

This dinner assumes huge significance especially for those who are diabetic.  Making right food choices is essential for the diabetic persons. Bitter fact is that eating certain foods and beverages etc could lead to a spike in the levels of blood sugars. Not many of us would know which food would be good and which food would not be good for the health condition in us. This would make us eat foods that we mustn`t eat at all.
 
Diabetic persons must keep a note of these mistakes and avoid them during their dinners.
 
Not having a set time for dinner:
There are many people with diabetes who eat food at different times. One day, they eat their dinner at 7pm and the next day they eat their dinner at 9pm etc. This must be avoided completely. In this current scenario, it is very tough to maintain a set time for dinner. Point is that diabetics must try to reduce the time gap as much as possible. So, please take care.
 
Overeating carbohydrates based dinner:

Normally, when we have fever we would feel dull and uncomfortable. Truth is that fever increases our body`s defence mechanisms. Information is that low spectrum fever in the range between 99.1 degrees Fahrenheit to 102 degrees Fahrenheit would be good for us.
 
Various reasons why fever could be beneficial for us are
 
More production of WBC or white blood cells:
Our body would ramp up the production of white blood cells or WBC when we have fever. Point is that these WBCs attack pathogens like bacteria and viruses etc. It has been revealed that increased body temperature would stimulate bone marrow to produce more WBCs in us. This would increase the body`s ability to fight infections well. When there is more production of white blood cells in us, then we would have increased immunity and reduced severity of the illness.
