We all might have come across walnuts (seeds from genus Jugulans) that are used in cooking, baking and consumed as snacks etc. Being rich in nutrients like healthy fats, proteins, fibres, vitamins and minerals etc, walnuts intake would provide us with numerous health benefits. It must be noted that China is the largest producer of walnuts in the world. It is a known fact that during the winter seasons our health would go down due to poor immunity levels.
