The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed us that the temperature will be higher by 2-3 degrees Celsius than normal in one or two places today (Saturday, 15th April).
Regarding the Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain partly cloudy in the next 48 hours. The maximum temperature will be 36-37 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 25 degrees Celsius.
Furthermore, the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed us that a dry climate will prevail from the 14th of April until the 17th of April in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal.
There is a possibility of mild rain in one or two places on the 18th of April (Tuesday) in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal.
It is noteworthy that a maximum temperature of 40.8 degrees Celsius has been recorded in Salem District.
