10 Holidays have been announced for banks in November!
Most of the series of festivals occurred in October.
As such, the usual number of holidays in November has been reduced!
Usually, festivals including Kannada Rajyotsava, Guru Nanak Jayanthi, Karthigai Poornima, and Rahas Poornima occur in November.
Now, this year, there are 10 holidays in November including the month`s 2nd and 4th Saturdays! Here is the list of Holidays in November:
- 1st November: Kannada Rajyotsava (Holiday in Bengaluru and Manipur)
- 6th November: Sunday
- 8th November: Guru Nanak Jayanthi & Karthik Jayanthi (Except the cities Ahmadabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, Imphal, Cochin, Bajaji, Shilling, Patna, Agartala, Gangtok, and Thiruvananthapuram)
- 11th November: Kanakathara Jayanthi, (Holiday in Bengaluru and Shillong)
- 12th November: 2nd Saturday
- 13th November: Sunday
- 20th November: Sunday
- 23rd November: Cheng Gudsnem (Banks will close in Shillong only)
- 26th November: 4th Saturday
- 27th November: Sunday
