Avoid deep fried snacks:
It is worthy to mention here that deep fried snacks like samosas, French fries etc are rich in unsaturated fats and refined carbs. By eating these foods, we would put on weight plus become insulin resistant. So, those persons who are diabetic must not eat these foods.

Saturated fats are present in foods like malai, full fat cheese, full cream milk etc. By eating these foods, there would be increased insulin resistance and higher cholesterol levels etc. This would make it difficult for us to manage diabetes.
