While good bacteria present in our gut would regulate metabolism, aid in digestion etc the bad bacteria, worms, parasites etc present in our gut would disrupt the gut health and lead to serious health issues in us. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deworm our body regularly to avoid getting serious issues.

It is worthy to note that when bad bacteria, parasites, worms etc increase in the gut there are more chances of these entering the bloodstream and getting deposited in the brain.

 

There are some foods that would help us to deworm at homes and these are

 

By garlic consumption:

The antimicrobial properties of garlic play a huge role here. This would help us to get rid of worms, parasites etc. it is well known that garlic is used in preparing many dishes due to its peculiar taste.
